Refund & Returns

Effective Date: November 13th, 2014

Because each VegaStar Designs item is handcrafted and made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on custom items.

Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect based on your confirmed design

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description. If eligible, we will offer a free repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.

Cancellations:

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
